2. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery Fee

Shipping charges are calculated per order and will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Hermoda periodically offers Free Delivery Promotions to provide additional value to our customers.

Standard Free Delivery Threshold

Free delivery is generally available on orders above Rs. 5,000.

However, the minimum qualifying order value may change based on:

Free Delivery Conditions

Our courier partners will typically make up to two delivery attempts.

If delivery remains unsuccessful after these attempts:

  • The shipment may be returned to our warehouse.

  • Our support team may contact you to arrange re-delivery.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the parcel.

To avoid delays, please ensure that you or an authorized recipient is available to receive the shipment.
